Two types:
- 3-Year Pathway - NZD $1 Million - Invest in an existing business for a 3-year work-to-residence pathway.
- Fast-Track Pathwa- NZD $2 Million - Invest in an existing business for a 12-month fast-track to residence.
Applicants can purchase a business outright or acquire at least a 25% share, provided the minimum investment threshold is met.
Main Eligibility & Conditions
Must be 55 or younger with sufficient business experience and support funds.
The Business must be operational for 5+ years, meet financial thresholds, and employ 5+ full-time staff.
Required to create a new full-time job for a NZ citizen or resident.
Excluded
Adult entertainment, convenience stores, fast-food outlets, franchises, gambling, and immigration advisory services.
